Job Summary
Project Manager / Senior Project Manager role in consulting at Tieto Caretech focusing on healthcare and digital transformation. Lead customer projects from initiation to successful implementation, collaborate with customers to understand needs and define requirements, facilitate workshops and steering committees, coordinate activities across healthcare professionals, developers, architects, and other specialists, and support change initiatives. Senior PMs lead larger, more complex engagements and help develop project management practices. Ideal candidates have experience in project management, consulting, business analysis, or related areas; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; a proactive, structured approach with a focus on delivering results; experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical solutions; and fluency in Swedish and English. Beneficial to have healthcare or public sector experience, prior consulting experience, knowledge of healthcare regulations or information security, and familiarity with Data Management, Development & Integration, or Application Management. Required Qualifications
- Experience in project management, consulting, business analysis, process development, or similar roles

- Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken
