Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, Consulting - Tieto Caretech (m/f/d)

Lead and deliver customer projects in healthcare and social care digital transformation efforts from initiation to successful implementation; collaborate with customers, stakeholders, developers, architects, and other specialists to understand needs, define requirements, and identify solutions; facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder dialogues; manage multi-disciplinary teams across data management, development & integration, and application management; support change initiatives and build long-term customer relationships; for Senior Project Manager, lead larger and more complex engagements and advise on PM practices; relevant certifications (PRINCE2, IPMA, PMP, or similar) are beneficial, with fluency in Swedish and English.
