Project Manager/Senior Project Manager for Structural Design leading staffing/resource planning, coordinating with Architects and Engineers, overseeing multiple PMs, and serving as the face of the company. Required Qualifications
- 12+ years experience in relevant commercial building design within Healthcare, Aviation, Sport, Higher Education, Municipal / Commercial, Public Assembly; 3+ years project management of structural, enclosures, or parking structure projects; Master’s in Civil Engineering with emphasis in structural or architecture; Ability to obtain P.E. or AIA licensure within 6 months; P.E. or AIA license preferred; S.E. license a plus
