Job Summary
Lead site delivery for programme, quality, safety, and cost while managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Act as the primary contact for the client and design team, controlling procurement, resource planning, and budget. Own the technical and quality record through to handover, flagging programme and commercial risks early. This permanent, on-site appointment in Cork requires a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 5+ years of project management experience (or 4+ years for a Senior Project Engineer stepping up). You must hold Safe Pass and CSCS certifications and possess experience with Irish contract forms including PWC, RIAI, FIDIC, or NEC.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- PM level: 5+ years' project management in construction or civils
- Snr Project Engineer level: 4+ years' site engineering and ready to step up
- Experience across public, civils, building or private/residential
- Irish contract forms — PWC, RIAI, FIDIC or NEC
- Safe Pass
- CSCS
- You must be based in Ireland
- valid working rights in Ireland
