Job Summary
Manage short and long-term projects and departmental initiatives by developing plans, assembling teams, and communicating progress to stakeholders. Direct projects throughout the entire lifecycle, defining scope, goals, and deliverables while creating full-scale schedules and timelines. Estimate resources, negotiate with managers to acquire necessary staff, and delegate tasks to appropriate personnel. Identify and resolve issues, track risks, and manage changes by devising contingency plans. Coach, mentor, and supervise team members to ensure accountability. Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously while building vital business relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years project management, business, IT/IS team leadership or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Communication
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of Scrum / Agile methodology preferred
