Project Manager, Senior - Group Medicare (Non-IT)

Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and streamline operational processes for Group Medicare offerings, driving continuous improvement in client and stakeholder management. Partner with internal teams and external employer groups to enhance efficiency, support retiree populations, and ensure CMS readiness across Medicare Advantage and Part D solutions. Identify opportunities to improve program delivery and sustain performance while managing compliance, quality, and data reporting initiatives. This role reports to the Program Manager and focuses on elevating the overall experience for clients and members throughout the plan lifecycle.
