Job Summary
Manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion, including end to end management of Pennsylvania DHS HealthChoices procurements, serving as the primary point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external proposal development consultants. As the project lead for the HealthChoices RFP, assembles, coordinates and manages multidisciplinary technical review teams and proposal development teams; facilitates and troubleshoots issues in developing complex systems, coordinating development and design projects; provides skilled technical and management advice to department leadership; chairs project review and pre-submittal meetings; maintains liaison with boards, committees and commissions; helps develop department plans, policies and procedures; and coordinates staff schedules. Preferred Skills/Experience include leveraging AI tools to streamline PM and RFP workflows, reducing administrative burden, improving cross-functional collaboration and timely deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years-Managing people, processes, or projects (Required)
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to streamline project management and/or RFP writing workflows (Preferred)
