Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for NetJets Corporate Real Estate leading cross-functional real estate initiatives from inception to close-out, maintaining budgets, scope, and schedules; developing project schedules with stakeholders and vendors; establishing and conveying progress through reporting; coordinating due diligence with internal and external partners; building and implementing policies, tools, and standards for a best-in-class construction project management organization; ensuring on-time project delivery and alignment with strategic objectives; assisting in annual budgeting and cross-functional collaboration; requires Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration and 6–8 years of project management experience; certifications such as PMP are a plus; travel including overnight stays and ability to obtain airport access (KCMH) for AOA as needed; annual compensation is not specified in the description.
