Job Summary
Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution while developing scopes, objectives, and detailed plans to ensure delivery on time and within scope. Manage client relationships, track progress using appropriate systems, and perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, gather market intelligence, and evaluate opportunities to enhance software, hardware, and IT processes. Report performance metrics and escalate issues to management as needed. Own stakeholder relationships to optimize product features and communicate key insights to the product team.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
