Job Summary
Manage planning, execution, and successful completion of assigned Security Monitoring & Remediation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective resource utilization. Adhere to established governance frameworks and standardized project management processes to ensure consistent, transparent, and efficient delivery of program objectives. Provide clear, proactive communication on project status, performance, risks, and financials to stakeholders, including the Program Delivery Lead, internal teams, and the PMO. Rigorously track, report, and proactively manage risks and project performance metrics to ensure rapid identification and escalation of issues. This role requires a strategic thinker with 5+ years of cybersecurity project management experience to drive the SM&R program within Deutsche Bank's Chief Security Office.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity program or project management
- significant exposure to security operations, monitoring, and remediation environments
- Demonstrated experience in adhering to and applying program governance frameworks and standardized project management methodologies
- Governance & Process Expertise with demonstrated success in enforcing program governance frameworks and standardized project management methodologies
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, influencing stakeholders and managing expectations within project scope
- Solid understanding of core cybersecurity principles, technologies (e.g., SOAR, SIEM, EDR) and best practices relevant to security monitoring, threat intelligence and incident response
