Job Summary
Lead an interdepartmental team to complete assigned projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. Outline project tasks, delegate responsibilities, and assist with cost analysis and estimating. Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors while communicating with sales and marketing teams for training and promotion. Address questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations. Lead regular status meetings and coordinate projects across departments. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience, and 3+ years in support or related fields. Includes 5% overnight travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related technical field
- 5% overnight travel as required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of associated work experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience implementing software and IT knowledge preferred
- 3+ years' experience in Support; or related experience and/or training
- Strong knowledge in PM applications and tools preferred
- PMP certified or in progress preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software programs
- Excellent customer service skills
