Job Summary
As a Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology initiatives that drive member and business value. Responsibilities include facilitating agile delivery practices, managing vendor relationships, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and budget, and coaching teams to improve delivery metrics. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in technology project delivery, strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, plus familiarity with Scrum practices. Relevant qualifications include a PMI designation and experience in agile environments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering technology initiatives
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in agile environments
- PMI designation or equivalent
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and guiding Scrum teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve delivery dependencies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in the Financial Services or Financial Technologies industries
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
- PgMP designation or similar
- ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) designation or similar
- Lean Six Sigma certification / training
- Prosci or similar Organizational Change Management training
