Job Summary
Project Manager / Scrum Master (junior to intermediate) leading Agile delivery for Global Payments Technology. Drive small-to-medium delivery teams, facilitate agile ceremonies, and manage dependencies, stakeholder communications, and risk. Combine project delivery with portfolio management duties including financial forecasting, costs tracking, and benefits realization, while leveraging AI tools to enhance reporting, analytics, and decision-making. Role supports collaboration with vendors, product owners, and internal clients across banking, payments, and AML contexts, utilizing tools like Planview, MIS, Confluence, and JIRA. Requires strong organizational and presentation skills, plus experience applying agile practices, planning, and governance to optimize project delivery and performance. Required Qualifications
- University degree or relevant IT experience
- 2-4 years of experience with technology projects using Agile

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for analysis and reporting
- Experience or willingness to learn AI-powered tools for project management, data analysis, and process automation
