Job Summary
Project Manager/Scrum Master II leading end-to-end AI and automation initiatives in healthcare. Bridges business objectives with technical execution, coordinating with developers, architects, and data-science/DevOps teams to deliver AI-driven solutions on time and within budget. Drives agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), develops and tracks detailed project plans (scope, timelines, budgets, resources), communicates status and risks to stakeholders, and ensures adherence to established standards. Defines KPIs, supports change management, and enables adoption of new tools and processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in PM, and experience with automation or Generative AI; proficiency with Jira/Clarizen; PMP or CPMAI is a plus. Hybrid/onsite options with local Boston/Hingham offices; salary range $116,820–$142,780.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role
- direct experience managing automation or Generative AI projects
- proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- experience with Jira, Clarizen
- PMP or CPMAI a plus
