Job Summary
Oversight for all project phases, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment, ensuring specifications are followed and work proceeds on schedule and within budget. Identify potential overruns, develop mitigating actions, and assist in estimate development to ensure understanding of scope and contract requirements. Maintain open communication with customers, contractors, and partners; review design drawings for conformance with regulations and standards. Collaborate with finance to review billings, provide monthly budget updates, and develop lessons learned from project data. Ensure proper PPE is in place and comply with industry standards and safety programs. Two to five years of construction project management experience required with a competitive salary of $120,000-$130,000.
Required Qualifications
- Two to five years of experience as a project manager within the construction industry
- Strong working knowledge of applicable code requirements
- Driven by a customer-centric approach
- Proficient in project management
- Adept at leading and managing teams
- Ability to manage job scheduling and job progress in an efficient and cost-effective manner
- Strong focus on quality
- Ability to estimate and propose change orders on projects
- Ability to read and interpret system designs on blueprints as well as project specifications
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards

- NICET certification preferred
