Job Summary
Lead the assessment of current business processes and design the enterprise Blueprint for SAP HANA, managing strict project timelines from preparation through go-live. Oversee system configuration, development, stress testing, and data migration into SAP HANA while coordinating multidisciplinary teams across Finance, Logistics, Inventory, and Production. Control scope and budget deviations through rigorous change management processes and supervise collaboration with implementation partners including Big Four consulting firms. Report financial progress, project status, and risks to local and global stakeholders in executive-level English. Manage strict project timelines divided into sequential phases: Preparation → Blueprint → Realization → Final Preparation → Go-Live → Support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in SAP HANA projects using Waterfall/ASAP methodology
- Knowledge of migrations to SAP S/4HANA from previous versions (ECC)
- Experience coordinating core SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP)
- Expertise in data migration and integration of historical records into SAP HANA
- Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
- Strong background in risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
- Advanced English (C1/C2), essential for communication and reporting to international executives
- Ability to manage projects with global consulting firms (IBM, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini) while safeguarding client interests
- Highly structured, detail-oriented profile with strong long-term planning skills
