Project Manager - San Antonio, Texas

Oversee capital improvement projects across residential communities in the San Antonio area, leading projects from planning through completion, coordinating with onsite teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high-quality results. Responsibilities include scoping, bidding, permitting, scheduling, and final inspections; managing vendors and contractors; reviewing bids and pricing; monitoring budgets and expenses; preparing financial forecasts; ensuring compliance with Texas regulations and San Antonio building codes; communicating progress to regional and onsite teams; minimizing resident disruption during construction; conducting regular site visits to verify progress, workmanship, and material quality; and supporting market-ready unit turns, exterior improvements, and major repair projects. Required skills include strong project management and communication, ability to manage multiple projects independently, proficiency with Google Suite and PM software, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred for the market. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
