Job Summary
The Project Manager will coordinate and direct project design, permitting, and construction from contract negotiation through closeout. Responsibilities include ensuring financial, quality, and safety performance of assigned projects, as well as training and mentoring junior project team staff. This role requires at least 5 years of experience managing commercial, industrial, education, multi-family, or healthcare construction projects, along with a 4-year degree in a related field. Candidates must possess strong leadership, management, computer skills, and attention to detail.
