Job Summary
As a Project Manager, you will coordinate and direct project design, permitting and construction from owner contract negotiation through project closeout, ensuring financial, quality, and safety performance of assigned projects. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior project team staff. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in managing construction projects in relevant sectors and holds a bachelor's degree in a related field.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing commercial/industrial, education, multi-family or healthcare construction projects
- A 4 year degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or comparable relevant experience
- Strong leadership, management, computer skills and attention to detail
