Job Summary
Coordinate execution of German key account projects for Aldi, Lidl, and Müller, translating commercial agreements into internal briefs for packaging, pricing, and logistics. Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-department deliverables while monitoring progress to ensure 95% OTIF delivery and budget adherence. Act as the primary internal contact for German clients on implementation and follow-up, escalating bottlenecks and deviations to production sites, artwork agencies, and internal teams including Buying, Supply Chain, and Quality. Prepare product data and customer documentation, maintaining weekly status reports and aligning on specs, stock, and lead times. Requires fluent German and English, with a focus on delivering on time, in full, and exactly as agreed.
