Project Manager - Sales

Manage assigned customer projects from initial order placement through final delivery, validating purchase orders and coordinating special orders with vendors and purchasing teams. Oversee order entry, ticket generation, job costing, and project tracking while monitoring schedules to address delays and discrepancies. Apply pricing structures and contract terms to evaluate exceptions, resolve billing discrepancies, and analyze financial impacts. Serve as the primary contact for customers, communicating delivery schedules and issue resolutions while aligning shipments with jobsite requirements. Maintain accurate project information in CRM systems, generate reports for leadership, and prepare submittals for manufacturer production. Collaborate with sales, operations, and branch teams to ensure successful execution, support district managers with forecasting, and contribute to process improvements.
