Job Summary
The role is a Sales-focused Project Manager responsible for guiding customer projects from sales through completion, coordinating cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Management, Operations, Field Service), developing timelines and deliverables, communicating with contractors and customer project managers, monitoring progress and risks, and serving as the primary customer point of contact to ensure satisfaction and revenue growth. The position emphasizes on-site customer interface, collaboration with regional sales, and ensuring proper installation and handoff to operations, with preferred background in supermarket construction, service, and/or installation and strong skills in communication, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 years or experience in project management, sales operations, account management, or related roles OR 5+ years of experience in project management, sales operations, account management, or related roles
