Project Manager

Oversee construction efforts to ensure projects are built safely in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Manage client satisfaction, lead diverse teams, and provide clear direction while driving staff development. Demonstrate and model core values including integrity, quality, and reliability across all operations. Handle profit and loss responsibilities to maintain financial performance. Requires minimum of five years in construction, a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, and proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software. Full-time role in Detroit with unlimited PTO, role-specific training, and a wellness program.
