Job Summary
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project and other tools. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless execution while monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions for risks or delays. Manage documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, and oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Lead stakeholder meetings to provide regular updates on status and milestones. Ensure adherence to project life cycle processes and company policies throughout all phases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a track record of successfully completed projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software tools
- Strong knowledge of project coordination, scheduling, and documentation best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience with advanced project management software such as Primavera P6
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality assurance standards
- Experience managing large-scale or complex construction projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
