Project Manager - S4HANA to IBP Integration

Job Summary
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for the integration of SAP S4HANA with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), defining scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams to execute integration strategies, oversee system configuration and testing, and ensure all components meet performance standards. Coordinate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to align project goals with organizational objectives, while facilitating workshops to gather requirements and resolve issues. Provide regular updates to senior management, document lessons learned, and implement change management strategies to support end-user adoption. This contract role requires 2 to 3 days of office work in West London, UK.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience managing complex SAP integration projects, specifically with SAP S4HANA and SAP IBP
- Strong understanding of SAP S4HANA and SAP IBP functionalities and integration points
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- 2 to 3 days work from office

Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
- Experience with additional SAP modules or related technologies
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
