Job Summary
Manage project delivery by working with customers, operational efficiency, and project teams. Provide daily and weekly updates in Jira, lead organizational meetings, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. Identify resource needs, collaborate on project budgets, and proactively identify project management trends. Contribute to automating solutions and remain responsive to issues per SLA while leading project team members. Maintain efficient communication of project changes and completions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four year university
- 2 - 5 years of project management experience
- Knowledge of project management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of resource and budget management
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Able to create presentations and present professionally
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with customers for solutions
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in GSuite
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Candidates must live in the United States
- Must be available for rare travel to HQ as necessary and feasible
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using project management tool(s) (Preferred: Atlassian Jira)
