Job Summary
Manage end-to-end IT project lifecycles for RPA, AI, and digital transformation initiatives, defining scope, schedules, and deliverables while coordinating cross-functional teams. Act as the primary client contact, conducting kick-offs, steering committee reviews, and status meetings to build relationships and manage expectations. Prepare weekly status reports, executive dashboards, and RAID logs to track KPIs and ensure compliance with PMO governance standards. Monitor project health, resolve delivery risks, and facilitate Agile ceremonies where applicable. Present updates to senior leadership and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4-6 years of IT Project Management experience
- Experience managing software implementation, digital transformation, RPA, AI, or automation projects
- Experience working with global customers
- Exposure to PMO governance and reporting practices
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects

- Experience using one or more of the following: Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Asana
- Strong proficiency in: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint
