Job Summary
Manage projects from start to finish by establishing schedules, forecasting resources, and monitoring completion while increasing project financial health through reporting, invoicing, and change order drafting. Review and mitigate risks, present scope and resource plans to leadership, and serve as the primary commercial contact for customers by negotiating terms and conditions. Enforce quality plans, engineering standards, and instrumentation protocols while providing technical guidance to the team. Balance project finances, customer satisfaction, and team development across large or concurrent projects, contributing to QMS and management tools.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of project leadership experience
- Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers
- Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Microsoft Project
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems in large building automation systems
- Basic understanding of sequence of operations and P&IDs for HVAC and plant utilities
- Basic understanding of instrumentation and control valves for HVAC systems
Desired Qualifications
- Building automation and/or industrial controls experience (Rockwell, Schneider, AVEVA, Inductive Automation)
- Onsite commissioning experience
