Job Summary
Manage projects from start to finish by establishing schedules, forecasting resources, and monitoring completion while maintaining project margins. Account for financial health through reporting, invoicing, and drafting change orders, presenting scope and resource plans to leadership. Review risks, mitigate issues, and determine corrective actions for deviations from the project plan. Serve as the primary commercial contact for customers, negotiate terms, and enforce quality plans and engineering standards. Provide technical guidance to the team, contribute to QMS, and develop project management tools. Balance finances, customer satisfaction, and team development across large or concurrent projects.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of project leadership experience
- Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers
- Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Microsoft Project
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems in large building automation systems
- Basic understanding of sequence of operations and P&IDs for HVAC and plant utilities
- Basic understanding of instrumentation and control valves for HVAC systems
Desired Qualifications
- Building automation and/or industrial controls experience (Rockwell, Schneider, AVEVA, Inductive Automation)
- Onsite commissioning experience
