Job Summary
Lead cross-functional IT and Security project initiatives at Rockstar Games from Edinburgh studio, coordinating across teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-impact projects. Drive requirements clarity, risk identification and escalation, stakeholder alignment, and execution discipline. Build collaborative processes with development teams to promote transparent, frequent communication and ensure project requirements are understood, feasible, and aligned across departments. Strong emphasis on leadership, proactive planning, and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, with a focus on delivering end-to-end project execution for internal and cross-departmental efforts. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and PM software; desirable certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or CISM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field
- 3+ years in project management, preferably in IT or Security
- Strong understanding of IT / Security principles, technologies, and methodologies
- Excellent project management skills (planning, organizing, prioritizing)
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Strong leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Intrinsic sense of ownership, initiative, and drive
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and communication tools
