Job Summary
The Project Manager at RNGD is responsible for leading and managing construction projects from conception to completion. Key responsibilities include project planning and execution, overseeing procurement activities, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The role requires strong communication skills, effective team leadership, and the ability to drive informed decision-making. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience in project management in the construction industry and possess a strong understanding of construction methods and practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate complex project activities.
