Job Summary
Manage multidisciplinary projects within the fuels systems team, focusing on the operation and maintenance of fueling facilities. Support and lead project delivery while interfacing with clients to drive proposal development. Mentor subordinate staff as supervisory responsibilities arise, ensuring high-quality output across diverse projects. Requires proficiency in MS Office and MS Project, along with 5+ years of experience in fueling operations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience
- 5 years' experience on Operation and Maintenance of Fueling Facilities
- RMMR, POL and/or Fueling experience
- Proficient with MS Office and MS Project and/or other software programs applicable to job type
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Positive attitude
- Multi-task
- Self-motivated to produce high quality work
- Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Must mentor subordinate staff (if supervisory responsibilities exist)
- Must be available for at least one in-person interview
- Must be available for in-person onboarding at a Pond office location
- Must pass a satisfactory background check
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Must be located in Connecticut (CT), Delaware (DE), Maine (ME), Maryland (MD), Massachusetts (MA), New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), Pennsylvania (PA), Rhode Island (RI), Vermont (VT), Virginia (VA), West Virginia (WV), or Washington, DC
