Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver New Product Introduction and Operational Excellence projects from scoping through launch using the Phase Gate process. Drive multiple projects by developing charters, work breakdown structures, schedules, and budgets while managing critical paths and major workstreams. Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sales, and customers throughout the lifecycle to maintain accurate plans and run effective meetings. Proactively identify risks, create response plans, and manage changes through impact assessment. Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders on progress, achievements, and upcoming decisions. This role operates within Riverpoint Medical's design and manufacturing of premium medical devices, including suture technologies, sports medicine fibers, surgical lighting, and needle technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience leading cross-functional projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve consensus and motivate others without authority
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in New Product Development preferred
- Experience with FDA 510(k) process or other regulatory submissions preferred
