Project Manager Rigging (m/w/d)

Oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of rigging projects for events and trade shows, serving as the central technical authority on-site. Lead and assign the rigging team, managing head rigger functions while creating suspension point plans and load calculations in collaboration with planners. Draft risk assessments and rescue concepts, strictly monitoring compliance with safety regulations. Provide technical advice to clients and stakeholders, manage interfaces between customers, trades, and technicians, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget targets. Organize material usage, logistics, and project documentation while continuously optimizing processes. Full-time role with flexible hours, weekends, and evenings; travel required.
