Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, production, and successful project completion. Key responsibilities include monitoring safety practices, managing contractual compliance, building relationships with stakeholders, developing work plans, managing suppliers and trade partners, performing business processes for compliance, implementing document control, developing and maintaining project schedules, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality management. Candidates should have a degree in engineering or construction management, a minimum of three years of experience, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of experience
Desired Qualifications
- Strong industry experience specific to construction
- Experience with PM software tools including Bluebeam Revu, Excel, AutoCAD, BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), MS Project, P6, Google Earth, Google Drive, MS Teams
- Willingness to learn new and project-specific programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Additional Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
