Project Manager – Revenue Cycle Vendor Management

Project Manager – Revenue Cycle Vendor Management will build and lead a centralized vendor management program and governance for the revenue cycle, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and offboarding, with responsibility for vendor performance metrics, contract oversight, and collaboration with supply chain, legal, IT, and operations to optimize processes and system integrations. The role involves preparing executive summaries, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance, and driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, and alignment with organizational goals. Specialized knowledge in healthcare revenue cycle, patient accounting systems, Epic EHR, and payer guidelines is expected, along with strong communication and project-management capabilities to manage timelines, risks, and deliverables.
