Job Summary
Own end-to-end deployment projects from kickoff to go-live and manage budgets, milestones, and risks within established PMO processes. Serve as the primary escalation point for customer accounts, maintain proactive communication, and generate quotes using pricing models. Coordinate deployment activities including site surveys, equipment shipping, vendor scheduling, and installation, while ensuring documentation, checklists, and SLAs are met. Seek opportunities to add value to partnerships, produce status reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders, and contribute to continuous process improvement. This role sits in the PMO and is remote but SA-based, with the potential to grow into more complex deployments and senior responsibilities over time.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of project management or coordination experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and project management tools
- Solid understanding of deployment or operations processes
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
