Job Summary
Project Manager for Little's Retail Studio in Orlando, FL. You will manage primary client relationships, proposals, budgets and schedules; coordinate design production, QA, and construction administration; mentor team; and contribute to retail-focused projects including renovations and new construction. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (license strongly preferred), have 8+ years of architecture experience with 3+ years in project management, and possess strong Revit skills, attention to detail, and excellent organization, communication, and presentation abilities. Emphasis on sustainable design and elevating client performance, with opportunities to contribute to workplace and community projects in addition to retail work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture
- Architectural license strongly preferred
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in architecture with 3+ years of experience in a project management role
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong understanding of project financials
- Great attention to detail and service to clients
- Strong organization, communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of Revit, proficiency and ability to draw in Revit strongly preferred
- Strong commitment to sustainable design and elevating client performance
