Job Summary
Deliver projects from inception to completion for a financial services client, managing timelines, budgets, and quality control. Lead project teams, build stakeholder relationships, and develop comprehensive plans while tracking progress and mitigating risks. Monitor finances, forecast costs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive process enhancements. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing priorities. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 4-6 years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Projects and Bluebeam. In-office three days per week in New York, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
- Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Projects and Bluebeam
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel for project-related meetings and site visits, as needed
- In Office – 3 days per week
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
