Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one coaching with an assigned team leader to mentor individuals in roofing and construction sales. Build relationships with top industry leaders during destination trips designed to foster personal and team growth. Cultivate a positive team culture both in and out of the office while solving problems rather than creating them. Maintain a flexible schedule with weekend availability, working Monday through Saturday to ensure you are the first at the jobsite and last to leave. Must hold a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a cell phone with internet access and camera. Must be able to lift 30 lbs, stand for long periods, climb ladders, and walk on roofs. Earn between $50,000 and $70,000 annually based on the number of projects taken on.

Desired Qualifications
- Prior Project Manager is preferred but relevant type experience is potentially accepted as well
