Job Summary
Project Manager leads Infrastructure Strategies Division projects including setup, buy-out, contract execution and compliance, material and equipment procurement, daily progress tracking, project safety compliance, material/equipment invoice approval, manpower timesheet approval, project sequencing and scheduling, updating schedules, weekly cost reporting and overall project fiscal responsibility; coordinates with GC/Owner and CSI Operations management, mentors Project Engineers, and ensures effective communication, reporting, and problem-solving to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction management or Engineer recommended
- Strong knowledge of construction principles/practices
- Project set up, budget planning, buy out, and cost reporting experience
- Good understanding of critical path scheduling
- Experience leading successful project team and stakeholder management
- Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding
