Project Manager, Restaurants

Negotiate, develop, and control project scope, schedules, and budgets for restaurant design initiatives. Create detailed work plans for architectural and engineering disciplines, allocate hours, and monitor progress. Lead a multi-disciplinary team of architects and engineers in quality assurance for construction drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, sub-consultants, and building authorities to address constructability issues and document owner concerns. Act as the primary liaison with clients and project teams to maintain relationships and negotiate solutions for scope changes. Forecast revenue and determine necessary resources to ensure contractual commitments are met on time and within budget.
