Job Summary
Negotiate, develop, monitor, and control project scope, work plans, schedules, and budgets across all stages. Create detailed work plans for architectural and engineering disciplines, allocate hours, and monitor progress while leading a multi-disciplinary team in quality assurance for construction drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, sub-consultants, and building authorities to address constructability issues and document owner concerns. Act as the primary liaison with clients and the project team to maintain close relationships and negotiate scope changes that meet contractual obligations. Forecast revenue and determine necessary resources for successful execution. Requires 10-15 years of project work experience, strong project accounting skills, and leadership abilities.
