Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a commercial construction background to oversee field operations for a reputable Residential Development Company. The role involves managing project budgets, schedules, and scopes while ensuring compliance with all building codes and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or in a similar leadership role
- Proven background in commercial construction with the ability to adapt skills to large-scale residential development projects
- Mastery of IBC building codes and knowledge of residential compliance standards
- Strong knowledge of both residential and commercial construction practices, codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, Smartsheets, Primavera, and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, sitework, and vertical construction techniques
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends and travel as required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
