Job Summary
Architectural Project Manager for our Residential team in Bellevue, WA, responsible for proactively managing all aspects of projects from Design Development through Construction Administration, including schedule, budgets, scope, client communications, and coordination of the project team. Requires 5+ years of experience with residential projects, strong skills in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit/BIM, and a NAAB-accredited architecture degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s). Hybrid work arrangement (minimum 3 days onsite per week) in Bellevue, WA. Eligible candidates will manage proposals/contracts and act as client liaison to deliver projects to client satisfaction. Salary range $90,000–$120,000 depending on qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience coordinating all project efforts through all phases of development including Schematic Design
- Experience with low density and single family residential projects
- Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration for projects
- Completion of Bachelor’s in Architecture or Master’s in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
