Project Manager Residential Construction

Job Summary
Oversee 5–7 home sites from pre-construction lot inspections through final move-in, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Supervise work and subcontractors to meet quality standards, schedule labor and materials, and enforce OSHA and company safety policies. Provide regular progress reports and resolve field problems using blueprints and the company's CRM tool. Occasionally assist with heavy lifting up to 100 pounds and utilize the company vehicle. This role requires excellent communication with homeowners and tradesmen, strong time management, and the ability to relocate or commute to locations including Byron Center, Rockford, and Lakeshore.
