Job Summary
Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend customized HVAC, generator, and electrical solutions. Perform thorough in-home evaluations, including taking accurate measurements, photos, and gathering information to properly scope each project. Educate customers on equipment options, features, benefits, warranties, financing, and available incentives. Prepare and present professional proposals using approved company sales processes and maintain accurate customer and project information within company systems. Coordinate with installation teams to ensure sold projects are accurately scoped and prepared for installation. Follow up on open proposals, customer questions, and sales opportunities. This is a commission-based position with total compensation of $90,000–$200,000 annually, including a company-provided vehicle and fuel card.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to travel to customer homes throughout the assigned service area
- Ability to work in residential environments, including basements, attics, mechanical rooms, and outdoor areas
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
