Job Summary
Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards while managing multiple parallel projects using formal planning techniques. Lead Project Management Team sessions with Center staff and faculty, supervise research assistants and data collection staff, and maintain liaison with Center management to facilitate activities. Represent the Center in strategy meetings and oversee allocated resources to ensure adherence to deadlines, timelines, and deliverables. Compile status reports, develop process and outcome reports, and establish communication processes to report schedule, performance, costing, risks, and mitigation strategies. Maintain strong leadership and communication skills to foster a collaborative team environment and effectively address complex, cross-functional problems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience in project management
- Strong analytical problem solving skills

- Basic knowledge in research evaluation design and descriptive statistics
