Project Manager - Renewables

Manage a project portfolio of assigned electrical construction projects by planning, organizing, and overseeing completion in accordance with contract documents. Collaborate with internal and external customers daily to ensure successful progression while acting as lead or co-Project Manager. Provide initial client contact to assess scope, resources, and schedule, then negotiate subcontractor terms and generate requisitions for vendor invoices. Monitor construction activities with onsite foremen to ensure projects meet schedule and budget, creating and maintaining accurate project schedules and bills of material. Prepare monthly costing reports and investigate serious situations to implement corrective measures under supervision.
