Job Summary
Perform day-to-day project management activities using PMI standards to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Manage budgets, gross profit, and related financial metrics; drive customer satisfaction objectives and meet internal/external SLAs. Lead cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, prepare project roadmaps, monitor milestones, manage risks/issues, and communicate program status to leadership. Oversee end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure, optimize resources, and advance change within the organization to achieve KPIs and business results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years’ experience managing telecommunications and infrastructure projects
- Understanding of structured cabling systems consisting of cat 5e, cat 6, and fiber optic cable
- Understanding of telephony technologies including POTS, VOIP, and SDWAN
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and related applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Viso, Project)
- Experience project managing multi-site deployments
- PMP, Six Sigma, and Agile certifications preferred
